Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in: After 15:00
• Check-out: By 11:00

Documentation:

• Residents of Greece: Provide your ID and VAT number at check-in.
• Non-residents: Provide your passport number at check-in.

Building Access:

• Enter the provided code on the electronic lock at the front door.
• Important: When the green light and sound appear, gently push to open.

Parking:

• Cosy Loft offers free, on-site parking for guests. Your spot is number 3 from the backdoor.

Security:

• 1 exterior security camera has been installed outside the front door for your safety.

House Rules:

• Hot Water:
  • On the electrical panel where the hot water label is located, simply press the round button to turn on the water heater 20 minutes before use. It will automatically turn off. Please repeat process every time before bath.
• Heaters:
  • Set electric heaters to the desired temperature. Do not leave clothes or other objects near or on the heaters to prevent fire hazards.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for your use.
• Pets: Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
• Smoking: Smoking is only allowed outdoors on the balcony.
• No parties: Loud music or parties are not allowed.
• Quiet Hours:
  • Afternoon: 14:00-18:00
  • Night: 23:30-08:00
  • Please respect these hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
• Towels: Clean towels are provided for each bed.
• Toilets: Please do not throw objects or papers in the toilet.
• Fireplace:
  • Free single-use firewood is provided. Additional firewood is available for an extra charge.
  • Always make sure the fireplace is closed when you leave the loft.

Reporting Issues:

• If you encounter any issues during your stay, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Departure:

• Please leave the loft clean and tidy.
• Turn off all lights, heaters, and other appliances before you leave.
